Hi Marco, can you please advise me or at least help me understand how my HRV reading can go from average of numbers between 38-80 to a reading in the 600’s.

Is this concerning?

hello Alan, this sounds like an error in the measurement. When you get such a high value, what does the signal quality metric report? I would expect a "poor" quality measurement in that case. When you use HRV4Training, make sure to only keep "optimal" measurements, quality is reported right after the measurement.

Please excuse me Marco, I meant my HRV reading was 12.4 and my rMSSD was in the 600’s, this occurs from time to time, what are your thoughts please.

same as above :) I would assume this is a noisy measurement. Please feel free to email us and we can also try to help further, thanks!
