hi there 👋
I hope everything is well.
We’ve just released a new feature to let you analyze your training in the mid to long term, looking at the total amount of training (or volume) and the intensity of each session.
The idea is to capture an overview of training volume together with the frequency of higher-intensity workouts, as these are two key aspects of our training.
Here is an example:
Each dot is a training session (e.g. a Strava activity). The dot color is the intensity of the session (low, moderate or high, based on thresholds that you can configure). The dot size is heart rate, while on the vertical axis you have distance.
You will find this plot under Insights - Training Intensity Analysis in HRV4Training Pro.
I hope you will find it useful.

Thanks I really like such graph and also in the app I found the analysis graph page which really gives me some insight on my polarization balance. Right now I encode manually each day the distance and RPE of previous day however I was wondering if I connect to my Strava account, will HRV4Training get a feed on all activities and for example will be able to take into account double activities in same day (sometime in run twice a day - HIT in morning and jog in evening). Many thanks for the new features and continuous development.
